Cancellation and Refund Policy. Effective date: September 18, 2026.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to amounts paid for Clear to Apply's independent application-assistance services, supplied by INFINITE8 - FZE, FZCO, DSO-OPERATIONS CENTRE-1-A-101-11-10, OPC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence/registration 2665 issued by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority. Your checkout and receipt separately identify service fees, government fees, discounts and applicable taxes.
2. Before service work begins
If you cancel before substantive service work begins, we refund the assistance fee and any government fee that has not been remitted. We do not deduct an administration or card-processing fee from that refund. Mandatory rights can provide additional remedies.
3. After service work begins
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, we deduct a proportionate amount for work actually supplied before withdrawal only if you expressly requested an early start, received the required information and applicable law permits that deduction. General acceptance of Terms, payment or opening an application does not by itself prove a valid early-start request or waiver.
A statutory withdrawal right is lost after full performance only where the law permits and all required prior express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation conditions have been met. If they have not been met, we preserve the withdrawal right and do not claim an unsupported deduction. Outside a statutory withdrawal period, cancellation is assessed against work actually delivered and any remaining refundable amount; mandatory remedies for defective or missing service remain.
4. Official government fees
An official fee that has not yet been remitted can normally be returned if the order is cancelled. After remittance, refund availability and timing depend on the government authority's rules and whether funds are returned to us. We will not describe an authority fee as refundable unless the current governed policy supports that result.
5. Government decision outcomes
A denial, refusal of admission, delay, or other government outcome does not by itself make the assistance service fee refundable because Clear to Apply does not control those decisions. This does not limit a refund owed for a service we failed to provide or any mandatory consumer remedy.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged an amount different from the accepted quote, or charged after a failed checkout. We will investigate the payment, order, ledger, and provider records and correct a verified error.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Use the payment/refund topic in your member area or email support@cleartoapply.com. Give your order reference and a clear cancellation or refund request, with any relevant evidence. A statutory withdrawal needs no reason. Do not send full card details. We acknowledge complaints or refund requests within 2 business days; business days are Monday to Friday excluding Dubai public holidays.
8. Review and payment route
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, or any shorter mandatory deadline. For another approved refund, we initiate reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of approval. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a lawful alternative without additional cost to you.
We provide a refund reference or explain any issue. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to display an initiated refund; that does not extend our own mandatory refund deadline or remove responsibility for making a refund due.
9. Chargebacks
You may contact us to help investigate a payment dispute, but doing so is not a condition for contacting your bank, payment provider, regulator or court. A chargeback does not itself reverse a government filing or determine the legal merits of a refund request.
10. Statutory withdrawal and mandatory rights
If EU/EEA distance-service withdrawal rules apply, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the legal rules described above. Send a clear statement to support@cleartoapply.com or INFINITE8 - FZE, DSO-OPERATIONS CENTRE-1-A-101-11-10, OPC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient. A longer period or additional remedy required by missing information or applicable law is preserved.
You can also withdraw online at https://cleartoapply.com/withdrawal?lang=en using the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the website footer. Enter your name, contract identifier and receipt email, review your declaration, then select "Confirm withdrawal". The page provides a downloadable acknowledgment with the declaration and its receipt date and time; an acknowledgment is also sent by email without undue delay. No sign-in or reason is required. Email and postal withdrawal remain available.
You may use the optional wording below, but it is not compulsory. Complaint escalation is available at complaints@cleartoapply.com and through the competent consumer authority or court described in our Terms. This Policy does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Optional withdrawal wording
